We had the pleasure of designing this home in Claremont, Cape Town for some very special clients in June 2021. Using moody colours and a variety of natural textures, we created a layered, relaxing and playful home with a little grandeur. The dark moody walls contrast well against the light polished screed floors, combined with natural textures, accent locally sourced cushions, bedside lamps and a rustic feel in custom-made joinery. This addition of natural textures contrasting to the focal accent wall creates unity and creates depth, telling a story of our incredible clients, a loving heart-first family who live in it.
